STEP 01
Architectural Plans & Engineering
We meet you at your house, tell you everything's that's possible! We take your ideas, offer suggestions and design your ADU from the ground up, producing a full architectural plan set with structural engineering built in — the foundation every other step depends on.
STEP 02
Site & Environmental Reports
Every lot has its own requirements. We coordinate topographical surveys, site maps, geological reports, soils reports, and energy reports through our trusted specialist network, so your plans are backed by accurate site data from day one. (only if it needs this)
STEP 03
Permitting
We manage the permitting process with your city or county. Which means you don't have to talk to the city. We make the trips and talk to the city about what they need. We've gotten pretty good at it too.
STEP 04
Construction
Our team builds your ADU to the approved plans, with regular updates so you always know where the project stands.
STEP 05
Final Walkthrough & Handover
We complete final inspections and walk you through the finished unit, ready to rent, house family, or add value to your property.
